Our server forgot about us...a lot! I'll get my Red Robin fix in Germantown.
Went on Mothers day Place was very busy Service was great Food came out fast Everyone enjoyed
I ordered my free birthday burger online to go and the online part said ready in 15 minutes. When I got there I had to wait an extra 25. I got home and the garlic parm fries had no flavor and my burger with some pink had no pink at all. It wasn't worth the trip. Plus my daughter had been in the car because I thought it was a quick trip in and out and when I went to the car to get her she had been crying because of how long I was gone. It was ONE hamburger and fries. And they weren't that busy
Our server was Jamie, the best meal and time we've ever had RR. Jamie was very busy with tables but it felt like we were the only people there. Biggest problem now is my wife wants to eat there all the time :)
Service was good we sit in bar area. When our food came out my sweet potato fries were cold, manager happened to come by and ask how everything was told him about fries and a few mins later had nice fresh and hot fries!
