Have been twice. Both times the food was fine but the service is just lacking something. On our most recent visit, our server was nice but not attentive. Didn't ask if we needed condiments for our burgers and also didn't ask if we wanted refills on drinks or fries. Table was obviously wet when we sat down.
Disappointing is an understatement. Bartender had an attitude. Trying to breakdown the Taylor machine she starts yelling and banging on it!! Like this is going to get it to stop beeping. Never thanked me, dumped my dessert on the table and left. I won't return here.
A poor and inconsiderate server topped off our bad experience here. We watched 7 people on the dining room side of the kitchen window handle people's food (one young man did actually out on a glove first), the kitchen didn't know how to work tickets so our grilled romaine sat in the window for more than ten minutes while the rest of the order was made, and when we informed the server that we were unsatisfied, she said "okay", and walked away. Wife and I stopped in for lunch. She had BLTA and I had the cheese burger. Food was great tasting and everything was prepared the way we wanted it. Great relaxing atmosphere after a very busy morning.
I've never been. Would like to go. Their commercials make me hungry.
