Just ate at the Fredrick Red Robin. Poor service, filthy bathrooms, no refills offered and food took over 20 minutes. Will never go there again.
Great place to get chastised by a 20 something power tripping server. Beware: if you need to wait (40 minutes +) for your take out order don't you dare try to sit at a booth near the bar (not at the bar) with your kid. P.S no drinks were ordered...just wanted to sit down and wait for a to go order.
Burgers are mediocre, I like the chicken sandwich better. Fries are good.

13.99 for a burger that looked like it came from my sons cafeteria, the check came and the waitress never even offered dessert???? How about a box for unfinished food??? Or a waitress that actually wanted to be here??? Oh, not a server cause we didn't get any service....never again.
If you want to get your food right the first time don't come to red robin in Frederick MD. My husband asked for a burger as red as possible & the burger comes out well done & the outside burnt. So now he's waiting for a good Burger. I ordered the crispy chicken salad and the chicken looks like it was precooked and just reheated. Also the manager keeps yelling loud at the cooking staff not something I should be hearing about 5 feet away from the kitchen.
My son chose to come here for his 7th birthday dinner. He was excited because he has seen them sing for others before. We reminded the waitress twice of his birthday. Ordered a dessert for our other children and it was brought out with no song. She Came back with our check and I asked if they did not sing anymore and she said she forgot with no apology and asked our son if he wanted a balloon. We walked out with a very upset child that we will now have to take out to dinner to another location so he can have his special birt... read more
