Food was very good. Staff is friendly and wanting to please. We have had Le'Shawd as our server many times and he bends over backwards to please.
We ate lunch here and the waitress was horrible very rude ! Food was ok not that great burger bun was dry Burger was not really that great either kind of cold and fell apart as i was trying to eat Will never eat here again
Never been there before went with my family and it was the best. Definitely will have to return. Also we had the best waiter ever. Made sure we were satisfied with everything and got everything we asked. :)
This Red Robin nasty restaurant bad survice. The day my wife eat there when the staff doesn't clean when they just standing around tabels were nasty waitress Ashley was very rude we definitely will not return I even throw away my loyalty rewards card. I would not recommend this place.
Love RR and visit frequently. But your Rewards Card has to be the hardest sign up in the industry!
The service was horrible. Seriously, I have never had worse service at any other restaurant. What is the point of bottomless anything if NOTHING gets refilled? Not one of our drinks got refilled. Fries were COLD when served. I paid $60 for the worst service and I won't be back. Next time, I'll go across the street and head to Smashburger. Don't come here, it's 100% not worth it.
