My husband and I are fans of Red Robin, but the service tonight was not good. I never write reviews, but seeing as how the manager was the one that took our drink and appetizer order, and then never showed up again to take our actual order, I feel as if something should be said. No one showed up for about 30 minutes, only after we flagged someone down. Disappointing, and dissatisfied.
Ugh there are no words. Hopefully the management that was called into fix this, can fix it. If not close the restaurant down!
I ordered a to go order from the Red Robin on Pennsylvania and Memorial Avenue in Oklahoma City. They told me it would be 15 minutes, so I arrived there on time and was still waiting an additional 40 minutes. I ordered one burger with sweet potato fries. By the time I got my food it was lukewarm and did not taste fresh I was very disappointed.
I had the Royal Burger and YUM!!! the service was also wonderful Thank You!
Server LaShawd was fabulous food was great.
Food and atmosphere was great. wonderful service
Waited 45 minutes without ever meeting our waitress before we left.
