I won't be back. Well done hamburger does not mean burnt. The appetizer came out when the meal came out. I wasn't impressed and won't be back.
The food was AMAZING but what made it so much better was our waitress, Sheila. She was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I love, love, LOVE this woman!!! I will certainly be asking for her to be our server from now on. She kept our drinks AND our bellies full. Service from her was excellent and I will recommend her to EVERYONE I know. Love you girl! Thank you so much for making our night incredible! Job well done hun! Bless you! ♡
We were seated immediately. Original order time was great and our drinks and appetizer arrived quickly. All the food was great. Waitress was ok. Slow to refill. Plates were filthy. Honestly looked as though someone had scraped the previous meal off and placed ours on them. Bottomless fries took forever to come out. After receiving the fries, never saw our waitress again. 30 minutes later, without a ticket and still thirsty, we paid using the table kiosk and left. So we had a group of ten...restaurant was 3/4 empty and we waited 25 minutes to be sat., Our waiter was pretty good, our food came out after 40 minutes...at least three orders came out wrong, we were overcharged for one drink too many....I will not go back to any Red Robin...ever
Service was bad. Went in with a group of ten. Took 30 minutes to get set restaurant was 3/4 empty multiple wrong orders took 40 minutes to get our food never offered to refill my drink or fries will not be back
They sat us in an area that wasn't supposed to be open due to someone not being there. They took care of us so well and made us feel like royalty!
