Service and food excellent. Waiter was over to check to see if everything was alright several times..
Food is always great. Yesterday we went and Service was not good. They were not busy at all. It took a good 10 Minutes or more for our waiter to get our drink order. We actually had to get up to refill our own drinks. Food came out in a decent amount of time. The fries you get in Baskets were not very warm but still ok. Normally the service is great, Fries are Hot and good comes out quick. I think we just had an unnantive waiter.
Went with fiancé and her son. She ordered nachos which were Schorched and our food took too long to come out. My burger and my fiancés son burger were good. The server was also excellent.
Went Friday evening...busy time but NOT BUSY..had Z.... as waitress...took FOREVER to order..had a child with us that was starved...ordered appetizers...got dinner first...hamburgers were to die for. SO SO SO AWESOME...grandson ordered 9 meatball meal...ordered right but they only sent 6..still waiting for appetiters...Nice manager came by said because of delay on EVERYTHING..and she knew we had a hungry child took appetiters off bill...did get them and omg sooo good..noticed people around us getting served quickly...hubby t... read more
Dined there early on Thursday evening. Very people there so we were seated immediately. Service and food were good. On way out people were waiting. I guess they did not have many wait persons working as the place was almost empty.
It was good..I like Red Robin....Better than Ruby Tuesday's
Our waitress was super nice and gave good service. Burgers not so much. You could tell the patties had been sitting on grill for quite a while because it was dry and edges were burnt.
