Tonight we had some of the worst service. We were seated immediately however we asked for French Fries and Campfire sauce which we never got before our food got to the table. Then two of three burgers were cold and one of them was supposed to have fried onions- it was literally the paper on the outside of the onion fried SO NASTY! When we sent them back the waitress- Ashlyn was so rude.
This time last year I was there very good service very good food
Food is decent, but every time I come here something gets messed up. Took waitress fifteen minutes to come over after we called her on the stupid little machine on the table. Service is subpar at best.
Amazing service from Le'Shawd, amazing food and great atmosphere.
When you go in for dinner, the grouchy hostess doesn't even know which table she's supposed to seat you in, and then absolutely NO one acknowledge that you are even there, you leave. Tell the grouchy hostess that you lose customers when NO one waits on you and did she care, NOT! AND i bet you do not even respond! Maybe if your restaurant was busy, I might understand.
Absolutely the best burgers!!! And the tower of onion rings.....
