Service and staff was Outstanding!! My hamburger was perfect!!
Tavern fries were awful. Two slices of cheese melted across the top. My food was wrong. I ordered no bun but also didn't get the sauce. Clearly not the first issue since our server said the kitchen is destroying them today.
Ate lunch here on 8_24_2016 at 1:30 pm was changed a 1.99 entertainment fee and that thing on the table made for a service sucks trip I guess customer service has died and gone to hell....
Not worth my time! I really like the burgers and fries here but this was the worst service I've received in a very long time. Had the get up multiple times to ask for things we'd asked waiter for multiple times already. They messed up my husband's order 3 times before they got it right. And the manager... not sure she's doing any managing. All the wait staff spent more time socializing than waiting, except for one girl in a pink headband. Wish she would've been our waitress. Might of had a better experience.
The food was wonderful but the service we received was lacking. It took almost 10 minutes after we were seated for her to come and ask for our drink order. After we got our food she went walking by with adult drinks for another table and as she went by I asked for a knife. I didn't receive it until someone else came with my garlic parm fries that wasn't with my burger. By then my family was almost done eating. I think all in all she came to our table maybe 4 times. Not acceptable!
Red Robin has been my favorite restaurant since I was a child. This visit has been by far the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant, hands down. From our unfriendly service by 2 different servers, to our cold food and having ask for more water because our server continued to walk passed our table, I will not return. So disappointed.
Can I choose no stars? I'm sad to post poor reviews because the food at Red Robin is good...but the service at the OKC location is horrible. We won't be back.
I've eaten at several Red Robin restaurants and this is the only bad one I've ever seen. The wait was well over 30 minutes with tons of empty tables. Servers are rude. Waited an additional 20 minutes for milkshakes. I will never come back to this location!!!!!
