Me and a guest came in for lunch today at 1 and there was a total of 3 tables seated. We had to wait to be seated. Once we were we were greated by our server and he brought our drinks...we didn't see him again for 12 minutes. Then we finally ordered and when my salad came out it had a bug in it. So it was remade and remade wrong. Then one of our side orders and condiments didn't get to the table til we asked twice for them. Now it's 215 and we finally ate and have asked for 2 boxes. Took so long on fry refill that I just gave up. Made my order wrong the first time and when it came back the second time it was icy cold like they had only microwaved it. ( it was a vegan patty so cant get sick from undercooking it right). Being vegan I have few options but will still never go back.
Terrible service they have maybe 15 tables and we have been here forty five minutes. When I got my food it was all cold.
Cleanliness was lacking, the floors were disgusting, very disappointed.
