It takes two hostesses! Ha ha! our wait 6 - 8 pm. They kept saying it'll just be a few minutes longer instead of breaking our group and having us sit at two tables they wanted us to sit with the same server. We finished eating at 9:00 service was good but hostesses need trained.
Such wonderful service and are waiter was amazing he made feel very welcomed and always kept up with his services. Food was amazing and I lived that they had activities for the kids such as chalk boards and chalk also everything was so clean. Thanks red robins
Im a vet wanting to order a burger on Veterans day. I arrived at 7:45pm and was told to sit at the bar to order. The bartender asked me what I wanted so I said a water. It took 12 minutes for my water...sitting in front of him. He took my burger order at 7:55pm. It goes to show me they need more help with the service. The food is great but the service is very sub par. Truly a disappointing experience.
Was told we would have a 20-25 min wait, after 30 min, we checked on how much longer we had. Hostess says she called our name. I advised her that no on came outside to call us even though we were told they would. She said she came outside, called our name and passed on us thinking we had left. I advised her we were sitting on a bench right by the door and we never heard our name even though we had 2 people standing in close proximity to the door, in audible range. My favorite place ever. Bottomless fries and camp fire sauce. YUM! I love the large number of burger choices, I can always try something new. Next time, I'm trying the chicken and waffle sandwich. Now all I need is a burger daddy...hehehe
Food good was good. However, service needs to improve.
