Delicious food, friendly service & fun atmosphere,looking forward to the next visit
OMG! The absolute best burger I have ever had! This was my first visit to Red Robin because they are so far away from my house. But, I'm so glad we made the drive. I got the Sir Acha Tavern Double, and it was absolutely amazing how delicious this burger actually is! Second that with the included bottomless seasoned steak fries and a drink. Oh yeah, I just found my new favorite burger joint!!!
Had a great Father's day lunch. Our server/hostess kept our fries coming and drinks filled. And she was great with the kiddos. Actually never had a poor experience at Red Robin.
Terrible service. Ridiculous experience. Wrong / late food. Left at our table over 25 minutes without refills, or contact of any kind. Told we would get a reduced ticket for the wrong meal, but the waitress never came back. Felt like prisoners at our table since we felt like we had to pay before we left but no one came to take care of us. Left without paying as we were a long way from home and just wanted out of this prison.
Took my son there for a graduation celebration Red Robin happens to be his favorite place to eat. Our food was OK at the end of our burgers we asked for more of our fries since they are bottomless. The server never brought more fries then brought us another drink and then said oh yeah just swipe your card and leave we were still just kind of stuck waiting on her fries we waited almost 30 minutes for those fries and they never showed up. Was very very disappointed.
Ok the hostess.. awful. The waitress.. I think possibly new. She was friendly, but she wanted to spend like 10 min on every table so therefore, wasn't fast. We ended up as the manager for our wait staff. She was amazing. Fast and friendly. The food was spectacular. ♡♡
