I took my son for his birthday dinner. The food was great, but the service was horrible. My husband waited 30 min. for a drink refill and was brought the wrong 1 and had to wait again. My son finally got his when we were ready to leave. To top it all off when I checked my account the next morning when a purchase wouldn't go through, I find that they had taken more money than I had signed for from my account. went in there with my family and the waitress came with a plate and silverware and 4 napkins and she said these napkins are the last one were all out and more and more families were coming in to eat what kind of restaurant runs out of napkins and that's not even going into the while meal was not even lukewarm and got fresh fries and they were barely warm not even worth the $53 that we paid for 4 people never going there again
This is about the third time I have been to this Red Robin and the third time I was disappointed. The burger was overcooked, kyle warm and pretty bland. Definitely not a Gourmet Burger as advertised. Service was fast and the waitress was attentive but the food at this location does not live up to quality it should.
