my favorite burger place had gone downhill. so sad. the waitress was great though.
Red Robin as a company is great this location is lack luster at best. Wait and hour for your food that comes out incorrectly. No thanks go somewhere else.
RecommendedAmazing burgers alittle pricey but with it.
Disgusting, could not believe how filthy and unclean it was. Received dirty silverware to the table. The checkout/table device had other peoples food and dirt on it. Fries were covered with a ton of salt. Can go on and on. Will not go back to this one. Writing a letter to their corperate HQ as well.
Burger was under done, greasy and much smaller than it used to be. Fish was greasy and soggy on the bottom. Seriously, what kind of restaurant does not offer plain table salt? It’s their seasoning blend or nothing. After arguing with the waitress, she”found” a salt mill in the kitchen. I don’t think we’ll be back.
the onion ring tower is awesome. their burgers are my favorite.
I was just there tonight. I ordered a veggie burger and sweet potato fries. The fries were cold when we got them. Our server said he would get us fresh ones. WE NEVER GOT THEM. He then said he would take them off our bill. Well they couldn’t figure out how to do that so they took $3.00 off the other person with us that’s didn’t order them!!! WFH!! It’s a computer figure IT OUT!! I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! Cold food!
Waited over an hour to be seated. I will not be returning.
