I went for my birthday with my grandson...we had a great time....Food was good...and my burger was a birthday reward....
Waited 30mins for a pub burger came with the wrong bun and about 3 fries tasted no better that an BK whopper even had to pull the hard chunks outta the meat never again
1st time I've tried them and it was excellent! Very friendly and great service!
I called in a to-go order this evening and my meal was wrong when they brought it up to the counter. As the lady took my food back, I was given some fries to snack on while I waited. Next, the manager apologized and handed me a gift card. The order was corrected in less than five minutes. An incorrect hamburger order isn't a big deal to me, but the response to the situation by the manager and staff was above and beyond! Plus the food was yummy!
Great food, so many fun options ... will definitely do it again.
Shame on the way this establishment recently treated a breastfeeding mother! There's no excuse for your manager's behavior and lack of knowledge and human decency!
