I will not be returning to this restaurant to eat ever.. because as a breastfeeding mother, I will feed my daughter anywhere she is hungry! And if I do happen to eat here, I guarantee I will feed my daughter if she is hungry and if you come tell me to cover up because you have customer complains I'll give you a customer complain they need to not look at me and my daughter while she eats. Service was A+ peach lemonade like WATER���BUT burgers were exceptional �����
My bf and I went to Red Robin. We had an absolute amazing server. Her name was Vanessa I believe. She was pregnant with a lil' boy named Kevin, if that helps you see who this is. She was outstanding. You better hold on to her, I felt like the queen being served. Very much someone you will want to hold onto, still can't believe how great the service was. Will be requesting her when we come back. Thank you for a great lunch date Red Robin, you have one great employee on your hands!!
Actually, food was very good. Problem is, they are ripping you off on Stella beer. They charge you for a 16 oz beer, but the glasses are 33cl, which converts to 11.159 ounces. I have the same glasses at home and they just hold a 11.2 oz. bottle. The manager gave us a free beer, but argued with us that the glass held 16 ounces. Made us feel like we were just trying to get a free beer. Nothing farther from the truth.... I just don't like paying over $7 for a 16 ounce beer and only getting 11 ounces. I am beyond impressed with the customer service here. My friend who broke her leg slipped on the floor while using her crutches and the manager came right over and apologized and offered to pay for her meal. After we ordered an appetizer he paid for that too. We got our meals and everything was delicious. Our server Elizabeth who has been amazing as well brought our checks and told us the manager Pete took care of everything! GREAT I will go back
This is 3 times in a row I have brought my kid and the food is screwed up. I don't want your free food, or comps. I want my food to be correct and I would pay for such. Officially marking this off our places to go.
Server was great! Burger was sooooo good! And the fries! Who doesn't love bottomless fries? Every single employee smiled at us, greeted us and engaged us. That is a rare thing in today's world. Will be back again and again and.......
Service was great, but my family didn't get what they ordered.
