Cheeseburgers were great, fries too salty and service lousy. For the fourth time we were seated in bar area, the bartender was our server. All four times service was poor. Bartender seemed more focused on bar than us. Took over 5 minutes to get her attention to get napkins and another 10 minutes to get more fries.
Omg. The Bleu burger. Hands down slap ya mamma good!!!! And our waitress Hanna was just as awesome. Loved it!!!!
The service was horible. Had to ask someone for sliverware. Never saw our waiter after we got our food. Even though he said he would bring drink refills.
We went for lunch for my husband' birthday- Momma Kris was our waitress. AMAZING! She took the time to remember our kids names and what each one ordered. She was very very very amazing!!! Momma Kris we love you! Thank you for making lunch amazing!
Our server Anna greeted our table with "Hi how ya doing?" and when we attempted to respond she said "good, great, I don't care!". Our experience continued with sarcastic remarks, (that she said she was "kidding") and suggestions that we order our own milkshake. Food was decent but not a favorable "taste" with an inexperienced server.
We didn't get our drinks till after 15 minutes after being seated. Our drink order was wrong, my waitress drank my Blue moon shake the one I was supposed to get, and my burger wasn't even cooked. I couldn't believe how disorganized it was there, we were asked if we had been waited on more than five times, and the fries were horrible. I have worked in the restaurant business before and at a Red Robin never have I ever been so very upset. I will never be returning to another Red Robin again.
