Just had the worst birthday ever. We told the waitress it was my birthday and all she did was try to get us to sign up for the loyalty program. She didn't bring me a Sundae. It took a different girl 10 minutes after we were done eating to bring the check. The food made me sick. Needless to say you just lost a very loyal customer.
Tonight we came in with the family. 35 to 45 min to get food, kids got 1 refill on bottomless drinks, waitress disappeared. When we got our food my wife's Mac and Cheese looked like it sat 20 min, my fries were cold. They brought out my 7 year olds on the 3rd trip to the table, she started to cry. I lost it and let the manager have it. They gave us dinner free. We go here a lot, first truly bad experience. Don't know if we will return.
Got our order right and the food was pretty good. They added an entertainment fee, $1.99,apparently for using the tabletop pad to pay our bill. What a great income generator that is for a business. When I called them about the over charge they wanted to give me a gift certificate to come back. I politely declined, won't give them another chance to take my hard earned money.
My family and I ate here for the first time and we are extremely happy with the food we got and out server Joe was amazing looking forward to going back again
My boyfriend and I come here often, but tonight we had such a great waiter!!! He was so joyful and happy, and very observant!!! Ask for MICHAEL in the Bar section, you wont be disappointed!!!
We are there on 12-18-15 it's always good eaten for the few times we have been there. I told my waiter I wanted a big burger bacon cheese and crunchy onions with bbq.. He recommended the double burger I said great I'm hungry.. When my food arrived I had only 1 hamburger patty and no bbq on my burger.. And forgot to look at recipes to see if I did get charged for a double burger not a happy camper this trip...
Very good service with quite a bit of humor. Very much a people person our waiter was.
Be aware! We went there last night and refills for iced tea and a fountain drink are NOT free, unlike most restaurants in the QC. The food and service were good, but it was a VERY pricey dinner for the 3 of us. We could have gone to just about any restaurant we wanted for the price we paid for a turkey burger, a wrap, and a chicken sandwich. Sorry Red Robbin, there are just too many restaurants in the Quad City area. Unfortunately, we won't be back anytime soon.
As much as I enjoyed my blue moon shake last night at dinner, we won't be returning to this restaurant. The food was OK but not what I would expect for price. Our waitress didn't ask us if we wanted an appetizer, we had to flag her down to get refills...we had to deal with GNATS landing on our cups and our food during our meal, the large wooden windowsill next to our booth had dead flies lying there, the backs and top of the booth seats were filthy and had food crumbs all over them..our waitress seemed confused the whole tim... read more
