Wow! Red Robin continues to impress me. Great service, unlimited sides, and my kids love the new chalkboards instead of crayons.
EXPENSIVE! And high table tops are too close to each other when you can't have a conversation and you can hear everything the people next to you are talking about :-(.
Asked for a table (1 of the group has a walker) got a booth in the back & there were 4 or 5 tables open in front we walked by. They don't have French dressing for salad anymore.
I ordered the BLTA . (bacon ,turkey, let, tomato,avocado) I ordered the bacon on the side(did not get),it have little to no avocado and sooo much mayo it was impossible to eat.just a mess.and I like mayo but it was a mess. Not sure we will do I again My daughter loves it tho.
The food was great and the service was very friendly and I enjoyed the experience until I looked up at the light fixture and thought " it's got a galaxy print on the glass " boy was I wrong it was dust and hair and just plain nasty and it got worst because as I finished I watched a hair float down to my plate and even my girlfriend said did you see that!? Never again, they will really have to clean to get my business or recommendation to other back after that

When we started going to Red Robin the average burger basket was 6-7 dollars. Now its 10+ dollars for the same thing and the burgers are even thinner now. We will NOT be going back. Service at the Davenport restaurant sucks as well. Service was to slow, couldnt get drink refilled, food was average, employees would rather stand around and talk rather then waiting on their customers. No Thank You !!
Worked for Red Robin for 3 years. Worked in both Cedar Rapids and West Des Moines. I moved to Davenport transfered in but hardly got any shifts and then was fired because I couldn't show a sense of urgency. It was the worse run kitchen I had ever seen. Maybe if you treat your employees better you would get better results.
