Waited for our food for over an hour, bitched to the the manager he got our food out to and it was cold, bitched some more, made our food again to go and comped our whole bill... That was the first time and the last time we will ever go to Red Robin...

i Have nothing good to say about the whole experience so I’m going to say nothing
We decided to stop for a bite to eat before our movie. Was my husband’s first time eating here. Great, fast, friendly service. Food was amazing!
We got there around 6:30 there was a 20/25 minute wait. After 30 minutes I asked if we would be seated soon. Hostess said another 10 min. However the whole middle section basically empty. I asked why we couldn’t be seated there and her response was they were sending wait staff home. Kinda silly when you have people waiting. I watched two couples walk out because they were tired of waiting. The waitress though was super nice. Food was ok.
I've never had such an amazing Veggie burger before and the wait staff was extremely pleasant.
My party was seated promptly. The waitstaff was professional and courteous. The food and drinks were perfect. My family enjoyed ourselves very much!
