Didnt get our orders right to begin with. my burger was well done when i asked for it medium and my wifes was medium when she asked for well done. And on top of that they forgot my daughters side. Mind you, when they finally brought my daughters side they brought it in a smaller cup than what they gave us for our ranch dipping sauce.
Service was slow and inattentive. Had to return appetizer since chips were stale. Strawberry Tea infusion drink was terrible :-( Burgers,salad, and fries were good.
Came in late with a party of 12 and the service staff were more than happy to accommodate us. Brittany was an exceptional server whose attitude helped make our experience great. Outstanding work from a less than convenient situation that we asked of them!
Second time to the Davenport location. First trip was better. Food was good but had to wait way too long for our food. They made my burger wrong the first time so had to remake it. Manager did come out to explain which I appreciated. My waitress was friendly but forgetful. I still left a tip because being a waitress can really suck!
Service was terrible, they didn't have the beer I ordered so they brought me a different one without asking me, waited over an hour for our food, orders were screwed up, food was cold. Had a similar experience there three weeks ago, but thought I would give it another try. I would expect more from a place that charges 13 bucks for a burger, and 7 bucks for a bottle of beer. I won't be back.
Service is terrible and Extremely slow. Won’t ever visit again
Just left... place is pretty slow, small group in front of me hadn’t been greeted, and neither was I. Got tired of waiting on someone to greet and seat so ya... not impressed
My turkey burger was perfect. The "cup" of clam chowder seems to have gotten smaller since my last visit. I miss the bartender that was here 6 months ago.
Sorry would NOT recommend at all, the horrible service, waited over 50 minutes for our food. Then had to still ask if our order was even in, Note this was at 5:00 time frame and was not busy, place smelled of burnt grease, couple a crossed from us were not happy campers, that should have been our exit point. We have always enjoyed your restaurant, but will NOT be come back. It was the worst dinning experience of my life. Even if the waitress would acknowledge there was a issue, we could of understood.
