Bought a pre-owned 2013 GMC from this establishment with the wife. We had our second vehicle paid off in the process. The title for our second vehicle was mistakingly sent to Red McCombs. We have been waiting for months to have the title sent to us. No one returns our calls or emails. This is a horrible way to treat an active military member, and I strongly discourage any other military from buying from here. After they have your money you are no longer of any importance.

The sales team at Red McCombs was really helpful when I recently bought my first car. The sales man, Darwin Mercado, showed me several options and followed up with me to make sure i had everything I needed to make my decision. Everyone was friendly and the customer service was excellent.
A friend of mine and I went to look at new vehicles today and we were NEVER acknowledged or helped while we were browsing for 15 -20 minutes at the dealership earlier. When we got into our car to leave a couple of salesmen came out looking all confused as to where we were going? Um, the customer service needs major improvement if they plan on selling cars.
