Came in for service on my 2013 Camry. Ended up leaving with a new 2016 Rav 4. Been about 2 months and I'm still in love with my car. My salesman, Obed, has been awesome about answering my questions 24/7 and my finance guy, Mo, was awesome about getting me the warranty I wanted at a price I could afford. I took my Taco in for oil change, radio issues, and a burn rubber smell. The service bay was backed up as expected days before holiday. Everything complete in less than 2 hours. My first visit to the new location, very impressive. Mark I in service dept and Curtis shuttle driver were great.

I just bought a 2011 toyota rav4 and let me tell you my wife and i both love this vehicle!! I had to visit Red McCombs Toyota for a routine maintenance about 45 minutes early of my appointment. I told the Service Techs that I was in no hurry and to take their time getting to me since it was a holiday and they were busier than a one arm paper hanger. They had nothing to do with it and did their very best to get me going. I hardly had time to walk around and admire all of the new 2017 Toyota's on the lot. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! If you have to deal with a salesperson use Shane Mitchell he is cut and dry does not beat around the bush with a deal it is what it is and they are not going to screw you and that is what I like!! Did my app online after choosing the vehicle I wanted and the following day he had everything ready and I was in and out in less than 2 hours!! the total time i spent in the dealership was less than 3 hours which is great if you have been in other dealerships!! New car deal: Give up your RIGHTS- Just to buy a car!?! HELL NO!!! But that is exactly what Red McCombs dealerships ask you to do. Sadly you don't find this out until you're in the financing office and signing all your paperwork so you can take your car home. It is towards the end of the 'packet' of papers to be signed. It is a paper called an "Arbitration Provision" form. It states that you cannot take red McCombs dealerships to a jury trial ever if they refuse to fix a problem with one of their vehicles.
