I got my remote start installed last week and it only worked once. I got it fixed yesterday and this morning my car won’t start at all. Luther brookdale is not reliable and is not trustworthy. I didn’t have these issues when I was leasing from them it’s only now that purchased my car from them that all these issues have come up.
Normally I have no issues but today was very disappointed. There was no one else there, yet they took forever! They brought my car up into the bay after its service - which I could see from the waiting area and it just sat there. They never came to get me (which I was told to wait for!) After 15 minutes, I fInally I went back to service and asked the guy and he said “oh I was just going to find you” Again, there was no customers around, but service people sitting around talking!
