Since I got my car I am very happy and satisfied with the customer service and the service department. Everyone there is so nice and very helpful. I walk in and everyone greeted me ask me if I need something to drink or if I wanted popcorn, little things like that makes you feel welcomed. So we went there not looking to buy today but we know what we wanted. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted and to not push me or BS me into something they think I should drive. I told them my price point about about 25k and everything they showed us was in our range. We bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander with good miles and we're VERY happy with the way the deal came out. We got our ravee here, and we go here for scheduled maintenance and we always had a nice time. Not that long of a wait even for a walk in and d employees are very courteous. But yesterday we were expecting free doughnuts, but there was only an empty box. This was 8 am people! Lol, I know I know its lame, and I'm not judging.
