I brought my Highlander in this morning for an oil change and it was ready over 30 minutes ago. Despite moving my vehicle out of the service bay and parking it, they won't let me check out. I've inquired twice about it since it's obviously ready yet here I continue to have to wait. �

I honestly don't even know where to began . My experience was so incredible I am honestly almost speechless.
