Unfortunately I had a horrible experience in February of 2021. An associate in the financing department tried to sneak $1600 of options onto my contract. For any average buyer who isn't 100% confident that they would recognize if something is being snuck into the contract that doesn't belong there, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. If you are an extremely savvy buyer, then just proceed with caution.

RecommendedSecond time buying at Basil Toyota, I was overall very happy with the experience! The guys were all so helpful and nice! Though I left the lot in my new vehicle with barely a half tank of gas and I thought it should be a full tank! But of course I’ll be back in the future for any other vehicle purchases ☺️☺️
