Never had any issues 8/19 I brought for my 15k service thinking I was in good hands but got my truck back with my paint chipped and license plate bent... To top it off just today 8/31 I noticed they didn't tighten my oil cap oil splashed all over my engine bay wasted my day off and gas to bring back for their mistake .

A couple of weeks ago, I was shopping for a car and came across a used Toyota Prius C on the dealership's webpage. I've been a customer with Red McCombs for 6 years now, I never had a horrible experience until yesterday. I came in for my maintenance and well being a customer for 6 years I know the drill on walking in to the service desk and checking in or going to the cubicle with your advisor.
