We have purchased four Toyotas from Red McCombs and are always pleased with their sales associates and their customer service. We bought our current vehicles from Jesse Mancillas and we heartily recommend him. He is professional and knowledgeable and above all, he is a super nice guy! He cares about his customers and will make sure the buying experience is smooth. If you want to buy a Toyota then go to Red McCombs and ask for Jesse!
Not one of the worst, THE worst car dealership i have ever bought from. I should not have frankly if it were not the only dealership that had the exact vehicle i wanted. They changed minds on the price. The finance manager was a disaster lying repeatedly. Upon buying i sent email complaints. They responded once to acknowledge getting it, NO follow up since. So executives are complacent. They also misplaced my registration sticker and made excuses. STAY away from here, you have other options!!
Today I bought my first EVER Toyota.....not only do I love my new 2018 Highlander, but Cliff, my salesman was a gem!!! He made this whole experience fast and easy. He was considerate that we live in Kyle and we had to travel to San Antonio. Thank you Cliff and Abraham in Finance!!!
I have a very low tolerance for pushy sales people. I also know how to calculate simple interest and don’t like to play games. I went in knowing the deal I wanted and they worked towards that. Mackenzie was very helpful and quick and Sam, the sales manager was very straight forward and trustworthy. Overall a great experience that only took two hours.
Shout out to the guys in the service department. Also to our service rep Thomas Bundick. Your team is awesome. Your hospitality is off the wall. Thank you guys and girls.
Mike and I received excellent attention and patience from Mackenzie, one of the newer sales reps, and we are so happy with the results.
