Bad experience. Sales guy kept saying he was honest. But he changed the numbers on us overnight. Did not buy the car.

My husband and I were lied to when purchasing our new 2018 Toyota Tundra. They sold us a third party warranty and DID NOT disclose that information, as they have you electronically sign their documents. Their Finance Director hung up on me when I told them I would hire an attorney for intentionally misleading and failure to disclose information to the consumer IF they weren’t willing to work with me. I am having the worst experience with their financial department!!! What a fraud, this guy moe the financial director and his associate sold me the platinum extended warranty for my new 2018 Toyota Tundra!! To begin with this guy sold me a third party warranty, not Toyota care for a new truck. Purchased a 2015 Suburban in December 2017. The front light had all kinds of condensation and water in it. When I pointed this out to the salesman they said it would dry out and there’d be no worries. Now they are trying to tell me it’ll cost $680 to replace the same light because all the water damaged the housing and wires.
