The service department really needs to be looked at. I sent a Lexus in for repairs thinking it's the same work for less money. They charged like, $1000 bucks for a ticking sound coming from the hood. I am not mad about what they charged, I'm mad at the fact that all they needed to do before giving my car back was to start it just once to check if the sound went. Following up from my husband review. This dealership only wants to play lip service to people leaving reviews! My husband called and had to leave a voicemail (imagine that🙄) of course none called him back ( shocker 🙄🙄) We took our Rav 4 to sun Toyota and guess what?!? They found the PROBLEM! Unreliable, unpredictable, disrespectful, and rude. After driving 3 hours on promises made, we drove home empty handed. Jake ended our lovely visit by tearing a piece of paper up in our faces and yelling at me as I was walking out the door. They banked on us being ignorant to the process and when we pushed back they became rude. I recommend BillKay! They worked with us and we walked out the door with the same vehicle in a nicer condition.
