so I went to browse after seeing a commercial on TV about some of there vehicles. was walking there parking lot for about 15 min and then decided to leave. was never noticed by anyone till I was getting into my vehicle to leave. and then a sales person that actually talked to me didn't seem like he even knew what he was doing. was definitely not pleased with this dealership.
I dropped my truck off for service and arranged a late pickup. Service was supposed to give my keys to the front desk and didn’t. When I asked to speak with a manager, he just suggested I take an Uber... AJ was very rude and disrespectful. When I returned the next day, my truck had damage on it that was done by the service department. I will never be returning to Red McCombs again

I would like to post about a positive experience with Geovanni Morales for his patience and thoroughness with my recent purchase at your dealership. He was quick to respond and communicate and even helped set up my Bluetooth. I would send others his way for sure.
Good day, I am sorry to write in with a complaint. I purchased a vehicle on December 3 financed through WF Dealer services and purchased an additional warranty. The next day, I secured financing at a much better rate than your dealership offered. I sent Mr. Osborn the form the cancel the warranty on 6 December 2018. The payment still has not been refunded to the WF Dealer services account. I cannot refinance the car with the warranty added. I have called, texted, and visited Mr. Osborn, still no results. After being without a car for over a week and dealing with so many dealerships and run arounds, Cesar made sure I was well taken care of and I ended up in my dream car!
