My wife and I had the good fortune to have Omar as our salesman both times and find him to be very down to earth, extremely knowledgeable about his product and a generally great person. A couple of weeks ago my wife and I went in to buy a new car with better gas mileage after recently purchasing a Jeep. Rebecca was by far the most professional and helpful person throughout the whole experience. If the world was full of Rebecca's we would have such a better planet.
I bought 2 vehicles from them, and I have always been exceptionally pleased. All the staff are very courteous and friendly; I also get my 2015 Avalon serviced there because I always get immediate and proper attention. A special thanks to Thomas Bundick in the Service Dept.
My daughter took her Camry in for service and everyone from the young ladies in the office Marlayna and Kendra to the shuttle driver that took us to the Mall so we could hang out while waiting on the car to just a bunch of the service guys AWESOME the customer service was off the charts! My daughter just moved to San Antonio and they treated her like she was their best and only client. ���
Besides a somewhat long wait, because of a lot of loyal and satisfied customers, my wait was very pleasant and well worth the wait, my advisor Thomas Bundick was VERY PLEASENT ( THANK YOU FOR YOU SERVICE IN MILITARY) and helpful with things to do in the future. This is the best used car purchase experience I have ever had in Texas. I saw a used Mercedes listed on true car that was available at this dealership. I filled out my contact information and Austin from the dealership reached out to me to talk about the specifics of the car.
