I had a very positive experience buying my new RAV4, the person who helped me step by step through the entire process was Jason Moran. I felt very comfortable with his style of selling, thorough, most helpful, and detailed. In addition what is important to me is to not feel pressured "to buy" and Jason came across, to me, as authentic and definitely patient in addressing all of my questions and concerns. I can honestly say that I’ve never had such a pleasant car buying experience. Every person I came in contact with was helpful, and they all were very hospitable. I bought a truck from Red McCombs used trucks on I-10 Red McCombs Ford. A nice man named bear sold me a truck that two weeks later brakes fell off. My 5 and 6 year old daughters were with me the time and I could not stop at a major intersection almost killing my daughters. Yeah better see red, brings a whole new meaning to it.

We had an awful experience at Cavender Toyota so we went here and had an amazing and easy car buying experience. Rebecca helped us out to find our Tacoma! She was amazing and super useful! She knew what she was talking about and didn't pressure us which made us feel comfortable. We went in at 10:30am and I am home on my couch and it is o my 1:30! This turned out to be an incredible buying experience for me, and I can’t help but thank God for it, since my sales guy, Brian, was a very kind Christian man. He wasn’t at all pushy and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I prayed for a great deal and got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted.
