I bought my second truck at Red McCombs Toyota. I was looking to trade it for a newer truck. I met Kenny Reyes without an appointment. He listened to what I needed in a truck. If I could give a -1 I will! They are horrible in the terms of guarantee. My Toyota Sienna had a recall because some issues with the automatic doors, I requested 3 weeks ago the replacement parts, called today and they don’t know anything about it. In terms of fixing, repairing or recalls they don’t help you. Is not the first time. I had an issue with my 2016 Camry too. They had my car for 2 months trying to find out an AC malfunction, they couldn’t find it. 2016 car and has AC issues that they can’t find. Toyota your qualit... read more

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a good experience at this dealership with Andy Mendez as my salesman. I have bought SEVERAL cars over the last few years. He was extremely thorough. Knowledgeable. And straight forward. This dealership really is about service and quality which I cannot say the same about the chevy dealer I purchased my truck from. I feel we purchased a quality vehicle for my daughter. My next car will come from this dealership and from Andy.

I was very happy with my car buying experience here. I was shopping for a reliable but nice car on a budget and Andy Mendez went out of his way to help me get a great deal! He provided amazing customer service that truly went above and beyond! I would highly recommend asking for him!!

I’m horrified by the lack of customer service at this dealership. Took my car in a SECOND time me for an issue which had already been in for with no resolution. The first time it was there for 3 days but they said they couldn’t find the source of the problem. This dealership has botched 2 other major issues with my vehicle. I have been without my vehicle for days multiple times due to their botched service. This time it was requested that they waive to $50 fee for a loaner to help make the customer service issue right. If I could give a zero I would! I will never come to this place again! Worst customer service and care I have ever experienced! Worst car buying experience! Will never recommend or tell anyone to come here!! And would it kill anyone if someone smiled around there?
