The service was great from Alec and Sam we found something we wanted and were able to negotiate a great price. The only draw back was that there was only one key for the vehicle and I was not made aware of this until I was about to leave with my new purchase. In their defense I don't think they realized that the key was missing until this point.They went out of their way and reached out to the previous owner to see if they had the key. Made an appointment to test drive a vehicle, drove 45 miles to get there only to find out it wasn't available for a test drive. Not very happy about it looking Other options! Update; bought from another dealership that was able to value my time!
I bought my 2016 Rav 4 from Amir Y. at the RedMccombs Totota of I10. HE was fantastic! He was honest about the whole process and carefully walked us through which we really did appreciate. I'm amazed time and time again that Red McCombs Toyota actually doesn't want me to pay them money. I've had horrible service with all of the oil changes I've ever gotten there, no matter if an appointment is made there's always an extremely long wait. Additionally, they actually sold me on the extended service plan and when I came in to pay for it they wanted me to wait over an hour to do so... just to buy the plan (not to get an oil change or any type of service)!
