Purchased one vehicle from them in 2009. Requested all-weather mats for my Highlander and NEVER received them. This was after numerous calls and speaking with managers. I finally gave up. Today was the last straw, took my Highlander in to Red McCombs Toyota for an oil change and arrived at 2 PM. I was quickly approached and asked if I had an appointment. What is the purpose of making an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation at 11:30am when nearly 3hrs later I'm still waiting here? I even walked around looking at new vehicles to pass the time and not a single person greeted me or approached me. All the sales people were standing around talking and laughing with each other. I would like to personally thank Gabe??? and Caleb Worfe for their professionalism, and Awesome attitudes during the sale of the Beige 2007 Camry LE sold to me on May 26, 2017. I was kept informed about everything during the whole process. The best place to purchase a car from, the sales associate Johnny Tejeda was super nice and provided the best customer service he told me "we're here to help you" and you will have a car today. Thanks for everything ��

Dealership should take care of there customer, not give them the run around. Car should be certified and checked before putting them on your lot and selling them to your customers. And then not honoring your customers request to fix or return the car. Not good business.

Took 4 hours for what was supposed to have been less three. Guy in the carwash left and I guess they were short staffed and didn't tell service. Anyhow, after checking with service three times the adviser walked over and found out what had happened--took another half hour but finally got my car. Service Adviser gave me $40 off to compensate but I already had a coupon that would have gotten me $15-$25 off so not a big additional savings but at least something.

This dealership was great! Vihar went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the truck we were most comfortable with. He listened to all our wants/needs and he made it happen. He offered us suggestions and his advice, but was not pushy what-so-ever. He was absolutely wonderful with our two small boys who absolutely loved him (Bonus points!!!) And he and the staff were so awesome dealing with my husband hahaha ;p had to throw that in. After we decided on our truck the process was absolutely painless. Everything was quick ... read more

As a first time buyer my experience at Red McCombs Toyota was phenomenal. The main reason in that being, Roland Banda. From the very beginning I could tell he was a straight forward, stand up guy. A majority of our conversation was personal and it made me feel very comfortable. That being said I could tell he was actually invested in what I was saying and what to learn more about me.
