Went in for an oil change and tire rotation , made it to south Lakeland car was making a terrible shaking and the steering wheel was going crazy pulled in to tire choice they put it on the lift and found the drivers front tire all lug nuts loose passenger front 2 were loose so I left it there so they could replace studs and lug nuts took an Uber home going Monday to Toyota to get my reimbursement for all my expenses, do no I do not recommend Lakeland Toyota

RecommendedFadi was very helpful I got the car I want for the right price and my experience was great
had an apt , they had me qait in my vehicle for 30 min past my apr time, rgen told me to wait inside & he would be right there...that was another 10 min wait before being signed in. I ended up being there for over 2 hours for an oul change. I could have gone somewhere & got a 10 min oil change. What was the point of an apt if it takes that long?
