This dealership exceeded my expectations. Our Sales representative Amir Youssef was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us make the best decision on the inventory offered. My husband inspected several choices THOROUGHLY and Amir was able to answer every question. The car had a few issues but the team took care of EVERY ONE of them including adding a full service, extensive cleaning and new tires. Went to red McCombs a couple of months ago, talked to Roland banda. Well I wasn't financially stable to get a new car. Roland kept in contact with me and understood my situation, but he never gave up. So happy he didn't, because he has helped me out 100%. Got a 2015 ford focus se. I absolutely love it! Great experience, and Roland helped me in every way possible. Thanks Toyota and Roland for allowing me to drive in style now!
We just aToyota Highlander. Our salesperson, Amir Youssef, was knowledgeable and professional. He returned our phone call promptly to answer our questions. We never felt pressured or rushed. I would recommend this dealership and Mr Youssef. All of the people we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. Overall, a good experience.
I contacted James Winfred, he takes care of my car and makes my stay very welcomed. Friends tell me to go my car checked some place else and it'll be cheaper then Toyota; maybe so, but I truly trust Toyota and they've been good to me.
