10+ cars later . .. still shopping at Red Mac. Shane always gets me in and out . . I don't have time to play. Shoot me the numbers, tell the closing guy what I want dont want and boom out the door. No games just a good deal fast and faster.

Had a great car buying experience today (7/20/16) with Josh Garcia. Made an inquiry online and within minutes, I had a phone call. I let Josh know what we were looking for and he assured me he'd have something ready for us to look at when we arrived. True to his word, when I arrived, the car I described was waiting up front ready to test drive. Arrived at 2 and we were driving off by 6. Anyone who knows car buying, knows it's a day long process. Tried to trade two vehicles for two Camry's and last night they said not possible, but all of a sudden, today, they want to talk with us about trading the second one. Then they said they don't give military rebate to retired veterans. I explained what I wanted directly to the finance manager and he told me himself that it wasn't possible. Feeling screwed and want my truck back. My salesman was great thought, thanks Joe.

Dropped off truck at 8 am to get oil change (appointment scheduled). Also had them check some other items that are were under warranty. Left to have breakfast and do some other errands....returned at 11 am and my truck has yet to be touched. Worst. Service. Ever! Do not honor warranties.

Had an appointment for a 20k service, indicated I'd like to be dropped off via shuttle since I live a mile away...I was told there would be a shuttle driver coming into the waiting area when the shuttle was leaving. After 45 minutes of no one coming in, I went and asked my service advisor if at this point I'd be better off waiting, to which he replied yes. Fast forward 2 1/2 hours and I finally leave at 2:30pm for a total wait time of >3 hours after having an appointment. Unlikely I'll be back even though they're 30 seconds ... read more

I purchased a vehicle from Red McCombs in January. Two days ago I had an issue with the AC and took it in. I was told that multiple parts had issues and tubes had been taped up versus being replaced. I'm curious if it is customary to sell cars with patched up parts versus replacing them with new parts? I'm now having to pay close to $2,000 for repairs that, I feel, should not have existed.
