Didn't know to much about the vehicle I purchased. Spent 40k and they wouldn't give me one extra car wash like it was some big time expensive request. Worse part of it all they decide your interest rate and they drop it if you buy there products for maintenance and stuff if you don't go with it they raise the interest rate. Shouldn't they just give you the lowest interest rate. I wish gunn sold toyotas so I could skip places like this. I has recently bought a vehicle here and I am from NY Ken my Sales person was great and today helped me again in Service issue I had the vehicle had couple of recalls and Ford did not provide a Loaner for it, however the dealership came through and got me a loaner.
