I went in with my friend wanting to find out if I had any perspective on getting a car. My expectations were low since my credit is low. Obed Terrazas helped me out. Not only did I get into a 2016 brand new car (i love it), but his great service, super friendliness and professionalism made the difference! So if amyone is interested in getting a car, you can go anywhere. But if you want a car with awesome service, then go to see Obed Terrazas. ☝
We have been longtime, loyal customers of Red McCombs Toyota, having previously bought 6 vehicles there. We have trusted and come to know many of the employees at this dealership over the years. Back in October, our son and his wife bought a Camry and we had an awful experience. There was no reason for the way things transpired (from the sale until now). They obviously do not care to continue building relationships with their customers. At this point, we would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them!
Went in to get a car Obed Terrazas helped us with everything and we loved the service. He made it easy for us and he went above and beyond to help us with everything. I highly recommend him . Thank you Obed.
I've only had problem after problem with the 2013 Nissan I bought about two months ago. Of course it ran great the first weeks, and then went straight downhill. The salesman that started the paperwork never returns my calls. I am so disappointed in this dealership, will definitely never return or suggest them to someone else.
Went in for my 2nd car a few weeks ago and Obed Terrazas helped me out. He went above and beyond, it reminded me of why I keep coming back to this dealership. This is ridiculous! I am not impressed with Toyota dealerships. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from Toyota. Between the long waiting and horrible service I'd rather buy a Honda ! Red mc combs YOUR customer service sucks ! When s customer walks to your desk and you walk away WITH not even a simple acknowledgement it's rude as a person and AS a professional not to mention YOU were late. Extremely dissatisfied!
These guys are great! Christine worked with me to get me into my new to me Jeep Patriot! Great customer service and she made it so easy and stress free! Also, Christopher in the finance department did an awesome job getting me incredibly affordable monthly payments. They have definitely made a returning customer out of me. Watch out for the we will honor the price we offered scam. They admitted their mistakes to me with now won't honor their original deal to me. I found a mistake in their pricing, they manned up and offered to honor the price if I came in today to purchase. Just as I was leaving the house, they found a way to get out of it by saying the original lease holder bought it back. Funny, now its on their website still for sale with the "right price". Buyer beware!
