RecommendedI used it for searching a particular property and signed up for the 7 day trial w/ te intention of cancelling it within the 7 days. When I noticed the charge in my bank account I immediately called them and spoke to Mitch. He was extremely helpful and cancelled my membership quickly. When I asked about getting my $49.95 back, he immediately agreed to do that for me as a courtesy. I really appreciate this level of customer service and I will look into Realty Trac again in the future! Thanks Mitch!
I tried RealtyTrac for 7 days. I went on vacation and forgot to cancel my free trial before I left, so when I got home, I called and cancelled. They refunded me for my membership. Thank you RealtyTrac 😁
this company is a nightmare. they have listed my home as being a hud house. It is not. I called California office several times to ask them why they have it listed as that and spoke to different people to get it corrected. no one knows what they are doing. The last person I spoke to hung up on me.
I wasn’t pleased with the websites UI so I canceled but they still charged me and refuse a refund so that’s cool.
