Long story short...... I had a small issue with sending a knife to these guys for some simple warranty work. Mistakes were made and my knife was overlooked and shipped right back to me. After a lengthy conversation on Facebook messenger, Austin took the time to call me and set everything right. They went above and beyond to fix my situation and I will continue to be a customer of theirs. I have about 5-6 OTFs and been a Ravenpac member for years. Love all the knives.
