Have had my OTF knife as an EDC for over three years. Finally my spring gave out. Went down to the store this afternoon and they immediately stepped up. Low and behold it needed a new handle and before you know it I had a completely new knife. No questions, no hassle just a happy customer. These guys have a customer for life!! Went home and immediately signed up for the Raven Pac subscription. Not only is their product second to none, these cats truly stand by their product and their word!! Hats off to you gentlemen!
One of the best knifes I have ever owned and costomer service is amazing.
Bought one couple years ago. Loved it until I broke the blade. Unfortunately somebody jacked it before I could send it in to fix.

I went in their Mesa store the other week cause my knife froze up and wouldn’t open. Pete was awesome and cleaned it up and lubed it while he was tested it he didn’t like the way it felt so he took it all apart again and installed a brand new blade in it. I bought all my groomsmen a knife and will continue to do business with them. Customer service and warranty are #1
