My 8 year old worked shoveling driveways and saved up his money. He bought a micro mini. He received it and it broke shortly after he got it. They replaced it without any issues. these knives are really tank tough I carry mines everyday.
I’ve carried my Mini OTF for 6 years every duty day as a professional firefighter on a special operations truck. It has taken a beating and has never failed me. Recently I had a handle screw fall out. Sent an email and got a reply within a couple hours and 3 days later I received a package with replacement screws and the torx driver to install them. Absolutely amazing customer service and exceptional knives.
I love the knife I bought about 2 years ago. I recently had an issue with it opening fully. I contacted ravencrest and they quickly sent a shipping label. I just received it back and wow!! It’s like knew again. They fixed my problem, sharpened my blade and even replaced the clip with a new one! I would definitely recommend them. They stand behind their warranty. Thanks ravencrest.
I think the products are good. My OTF is awesome! It’s a little bulky but it’s made with tough material and I think it can withstand a lot. It was pretty sharp out of the box too.
