Great customer service!,!
Horrible customer service, and crappy product. Tried reaching out 3 or 4 times regarding a knife breaking within the first few hours of having it. I figured I just got a defective knife. Instead of taking care of it with their "life time warranty", I was ignored each time I reached out. Complete waste of money IMO.

Great knives that i have really put to the test every day for almost a year now. RCT-1 is a little heavy but still my favorite EDC for sure.
Great product great price point. Great service. I have order everything from scratch and dent sale knifes to custom orders with all the bells and whistles. Each and every on of the knifes I’ve revived has functioned flawlessly out of the box. Even after savagely abusing the knife it continued to function. Only one of the 5 I own have I managed to beat to the point it needed fixing and a quick phone call to the guys at Ravencrest and they had it fixed and sent home working good as new. Pricey knives and there are ones on the market like them but the service and warranty they guarantee is like none other. They take care of their customers which is why i have bought more than 1 from them!
Better quality/price period. Top that off with the lifetime warranty and it's a win win no matter what. Customer service is outstanding.
