the quality of knives, the workmanship is superior. The staff does everything it can do to make your experience owning one so different from others. I only own one Raven but I scour there site and other owners posts looking for that one I just gotta have..there just plain great knives.

No BS lifetime warranty...my knife malfunctioned, took it in...within minutes was repaired. Heck...I even bought another knife while there :)
Bought a RTC 1 with Tanto half serrated blade for a friend. I think she’ll love the SIG pink so we’ll see! I opened it to make sure it was the correct one - it’s all good- it feels strong and sturdy. Packaging warranty card inspection card all good and they threw in a little bag of skittles!

You will not find a more well made, tough OTF. These things are the brick-shithouse of tactical OTFs. aggressive styling.. fluid action.. robust frame.. sharp and stays that way pretty well... beyond happy with mine.
I bought my 1st RCT-1 over 2 yrs ago..since then I purchased extra blades ,and a pink mini for my wife ..and we both are more then happy ..and to say the least the customer services and warranty is and was more then fantastic..
