Best warranty service I have ever seen in a company...Originally ordered rubber coating & sent it in for cerokote because after about 4 years, some of the rubber peeled. Sent it in with prepaid return & got it back in 2 days beautifully finished with no charge because they felt original coating should have lasted longer. Purchased this knife on November 2022. Nice knife light and appeared reliable so I decided to give it a shot over Benchmade or Microblade. BIG mistake!!!!The knife was on my vest for most of the time and when the time came to use it, the thing did not close. I have to put it in my pocket with the blade not properly in since I had to keep moving. Later I noticed that unless you orient the knife up to close it and down to open it, it won't lock in place leaving the blade loose.I called the company who tried to make me pay for ... read more
Most people come here to leave a poor review. I'm going to do the opposite. I purchased a knife from Raven Crest Tactical a few years ago. (Best knife I've ever owned.) I recently broke the blade after some rough usage. I sent my knife back for repair under the lifetime warranty. Although it took a few weeks to get my knife back it was as if I had received a brand new knife! Thank you guys for the hard work and dedication to making a great product.
RecommendedI'm very satisfied with the products that I purchased from them I give them a 5-star rating the only thing that I would like is they had more on inventory and more blades but other than that their products are great no complaints
Erica is the sh*t. She personally called me to make sure I’m going to get my knife. I just bought a new house so the knife didn’t end up making it. She is reshipping priority via a different method. Great service can only think the knife will be of the same quality. Thanks.

Amazing products and the absolute best customer service!
Customer service is amazing. All the employees are really professional and friendly. Military and Law Enforcement friendly which is a plus. I own 3 RavenCrest knifes and they are made to last and come with a lifetime warranty.
