Amazing products and the absolute best customer service!
Customer service is amazing. All the employees are really professional and friendly. Military and Law Enforcement friendly which is a plus. I own 3 RavenCrest knifes and they are made to last and come with a lifetime warranty.

just got my knife back from repair and they did a excellent job. thank you o yea by the way my brother in law loves his knife that you guys engraved for him ( deputy cluff) thanks again
Just received my Titan Bravo. nice weight, solid firing, return, & lock-up. only 2 issues. the specs list the blade width as 1.1" that is not true, it is only .65"ish. The site also states each knife is "meticulously hand sharpened to a razor’s edge ready to cut right out of the box" Well, my blade was not sharp at all. It would not cut a simple sheet of paper more than 1/16" before the sheet folded over, if the blade even bit into it. Out of 9 slice attempts, it bit in twice, skated the other 7... I believe they make quality products, and they stand behind those products. I bought a custom RCT-1 Raven OTF knife a couple of months ago, and about three weeks ago I was in a motorcycle crash, while I was wearing my new OTF knife in my front jeans pocket. The force of the crash (and me going down) wound up breaking the trigger mechanism in my knife, and the pocket clip got all scratched up.
