I recently went into the Mesa headquarters looking to replace some screws on my favorite Ravencrest folder. Unfortunately, as the company has stopped focusing on folders recently, they had no stock hardware. I definitely didn't want to trade the knife in for a different one so they grabbed me a brand new, in the box automatic folder off the shelf, completely gratis, and told me to pick out a hoodie with their apologies on not being able to replace the screws. I have purchased the phantom and so far i am very pleased this knife has no blade play and very sharp right out the box. i will be purchasing more and spreading the word . definitely worth it and to know the staff is amazing as well very helpful and great warranty
