RecommendedI bought a custom knife 6 months ago. They have a good price point for their knives. I use it for work everyday and it is heavily used. It has no scratches on it yet! Great product! The customer service is Insane! I did CPR on someone and had to cut their shirt off for the AED pads. Can’t say enough good things about my #ravencresttactical OTF ,good weight, solid construction, I never go in my kayak or a tournament without it. It has become a standard piece of safety gear as well as a dependable protective device. If your in the market for an OTF check them out. The Zhanshi Warrior is next on my list 😀
I had my Titan bravo for about 4-5 months daily carry. I used it to open boxes here and there. I went to cut plastic wrap off of a pallet and the blade broke in half. I only needed a new blade but was told have to send the knife back with everything. Plus you need to send a return label with when you ship it back to be "fixed", it cost me almost $40 just to send the knife back to get a new blade. Blade quality is not very good. The knife and the service have both been awful. I order the knife during one of their big sales at the beginning of February. The knife I purchased showed several in stock, even throughout the next day, as I considered ordering a second one. After more than 2 weeks of not seeing an order update, I emailed asking about the status, as was old “the knife you ordered is out of stock” but we can send you a different knife. Inquired about a sale via messenger as instructed and received an automated message saying they’d reach out within 24 hours. 4 days later I receive a response saying “sorry, you’ll have to wait on the next sale to get the knife you’re inquiring about.” Ok? Well if you would have messaged me back a little quicker this wouldn’t be an issue. Guess I’ll be heading to Microtech. I was a supporter and owner prior to today. Customer service is lacking.
I bought my first OTF from y’all back in 2017 at the Deer & Turkey Show in Columbus Ohio. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. With that said, I will be getting a few more here real soon! Just because they aren’t microtech doesn’t mean anything. They hold up and are ready for action! I never had a issue with it at all. God Bless!
communication woth customers, ive been waiting weeks for my knife to be fixed under warranty..numerous text emails and calls and still no word. im filling a conplaint with the bbb and the attorney general in Arizona as well. horrible experince so far. i was also considering having my brothers shop become a distributor but no I'm going ro have them go with a competitor.
